How we handle information

This page covers the public website at greenfieldpos.com. The restaurant product is still in private preview and is not collecting customer data through this site.

This website

The marketing site is static files. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or accounts on these pages. Your browser may still send standard server logs (IP address, user agent, and the page requested) to our web host when you visit.

When you write to us

If you request early access or email hello@greenfieldpos.com, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, restaurant, email, and notes about your operation. We use that only to reply and to decide whether a preview conversation makes sense.

We do not sell this information. We keep it only as long as the conversation is active, then delete it unless we have a reason to retain it (for example, you become a customer later and ask us to keep the thread).

Product data

When Greenfield is installed in a restaurant, venue data stays with that operator. Card numbers are collected by certified payment terminals and processors, not by this website and not by our applications.
